Just finally getting adjusted -- there's something odd about wearing sun-lotion in January, that's for sure. Miss everyone so much already; don't have much to update you on! I love my new professors, and I'm excited for it to all start up for real tomorrow when we go visit the job site for our next project. I'll post some pictures as soon as I can of my old projects, I don't know when we get them back (or if we get them back), but I'm sure I can see them.

SUN LOTION -- SHORTS -- Way to rub it in!!! Its in the teens here today and is supposed to be even colder on Monday! After I got your voice mail (again with the 86 and sunny report!), I asked my pre-K friends if I should ask you to send us some sunshine. One of the kids said it would be too hot to put in a letter; another responded that you could put it in a thermos -- the logic is a little off, but I like their problem solving skills!!!

We think Daddy rigged our computers somehow, since I also wrote you a comment that I could not get to post. You'll have to give Grandma a secret pass code so she can be first to reply to your posts from now on!!!
It is so great to hear that you love your new professors, and that you sound so excited to get back to work. I can't wait to hear about your new project. ReplyDeleteNow, abouut pictures of your projects...Do NOT tell us that you didn't take pictures before you turned them all in! Have you learned nothing form your camera crazed mother, grandmother, and godmother??? PICTURES need to be taken at all stages! The blank papaer, the sharpened pencils, the rough draft, the trees out your window (that is for Grandma), the final draft. You KNOW the drill. And I am not even asking for pictures of you DOING the drawing, and holding the final draft, and handing it to your professor...I know that would be pushing my luck. (But, I do have some texts out to that student who sits next to you in the lab. What was his name again? What is her cell number? I know I have it somewhere, but I must have misplaced it.)
